“The older we get, the more each year looks like a repeat of the past, but 2025 brought new challenges to virtually every industry. We worked very closely with our manufacturers through the various tariff-related pricing changes to ensure we could honor prices for our customers. The explosion in AI has created business opportunities and prompted us to ensure all of our software utilizes AI to improve customer experience.”
