Per Mar Hires New Director of Human Resources

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Per Mar Security Services, a leading provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients based in Davenport, IA, announced the hire of Jennifer Thiede as Director of Human Resources. Thiede brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources and operations to the role. Her responsibilities as Director of Human Resources include managing human resources, recruiting and training.

Thiede comes to Per Mar from Aquent, a staffing company where she worked for 17 years. She finished her time at Aquent in the role of Division Operations Manager. Prior to Aquent, she worked for Commonwealth Edison. Thiede graduated from Ashford University with a Master’s Degree in organizational management with an emphasis in human resources.
