Likewise, our Service Technicians are on duty or on call 24/7/365.

Each of our Electronic Security Offices has it's own Service Technicians that live and work in their communities.

Our Central Station Dispatchers will contact Technicians quickly and generally a customer with a service issue will receive a phone call in 30 minutes or less.
