Low and High Temperature Monitoring

Securing your home ...

While the need to monitor low and high temperatures in an occupied home may be viewed as a convenience, the same type of monitoring in a summer home or winter haven may be critical. If the heating system in your home failed for some reason, in the middle of January, how long before the water pipes freeze and burst, or the water in the toilets freeze and cracks them? Conversely, what would the high temperatures of Florida, or Arizona do to the contents of your winter haven if the temperature inside reached 120 degrees?

If your home, primary or seasonal, is unattended for days, weeks, or months, you need low and high temperature monitoring.

Upon activation of the temperature sensor, Per Mar Dispatchers will follow your instructions as to who you would like us to inform of the situation. We will persevere in that effort until we contact a responsible party.
